This venue is luxurious, yet cozy and quant. Stevens Estate has a majestic and peaceful setting with a Victorian feel. You can have your reception or ceremony outside on the tented cobblestone terrace, which can accommodate up to 220 guests and up to 180 guests inside the historic mansion. The Stevens Estate has available accommodations for guest rooms, which is convenient if you have guests traveling. With 153 surrounding acres, the outdoor tented area is secluded and private, with a romantic atmosphere.

Right on the ocean the, Blue Ocean Music Hall at the Pavilion on Salisbury Beach, is a great location for a wedding by the water! The Peabody Essex Museum is another unique setting for a wedding! There are certain museum spaces available for rent, but the most common wedding spot at the museum is in the main Atrium. The Atrium is the heart of the museum and with the spectacular arched glass roof overhead, you see why this is the most popular spot in the museum! The Atrium has the capacity to hold 125-300 for a seated dinner, 270 with a dance floor, and 550 for a standing reception….so as you can tell this is a spacious spot!  Image courtesy of the Peabody Essex Museum

The Grand Ballroom was absolutely gorgeous with so much character and charm. The delicate chandeliers hanging from above gives off such an elegant feel. The Hawthorne Hotel also has various reception rooms based on the size of event you want, so they pretty much can accommodate from a small event to a large scale reception. This facility is also a hotel, so guests are able to stay right there so everything is all in one building which is convenient.
